EEE Lab is a brand dedicated to coffee sensory evaluation training and brewing mastery. We aim to address learners’ practical challenges in coffee assessment, sensory cupping, and brewing through a combination of professional expertise, scientifically structured training programs, and a responsible and methodical approach. Our mission is to ensure that participants achieve tangible improvements, empowering their professional growth or personal passion in coffee.
The founder of EEE Lab, Wenjiao Zhang, has been working in the coffee training industry for 15 years. Since 2015, she has specialized in coffee sensory cupping training, and in 2018, she began serving as an international judge for World Coffee Championships (WCC). Today, as a WCC international representative, she assists organizers of coffee competitions around the world in running WCC events and in training judges.
Wenjiao Zhang has also developed an innovative olfactory training tool—Edible Flavor Water—designed to accelerate participants’ scent recognition abilities. This groundbreaking product is set to launch in September 2025.
