We are a specialty coffee roaster based in Markham, initially focusing on cold brew coffee. Today, Hatch is a full-service roastery, providing equipment, training, and coffee to independent cafes. Our mission is to spread our love and appreciation for ethically and sustainably sourced, great coffee. We roast most of our coffees as lightly as possible. Because quality is paramount, we often source high-quality, rare varietals and experimentally processed coffees.
